Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Kantage Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Kantage Solutions provides technology consulting services, including Infrastructure & Ownership Reviews. Our initial exploratory review is provided at no cost. If improvements or cost savings are identified and you request implementation services, that work will be scoped and priced separately based on your specific needs.

Service Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver reviews within the stated timeframe (typically 48 hours)
• Delivery timelines may vary based on the complexity of your infrastructure
• We reserve the right to request additional information to complete our review

Payment Terms

For implementation services:

• Pricing will be provided in a written proposal before work begins
• Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and systems
• Grant necessary access to systems and accounts as needed for the review
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of any recommendations provided

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business information, systems, or review findings to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kantage Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools used in our reviews remain the intellectual property of Kantage Solutions. Recommendations and reports provided to you are for your internal use only and may not be shared publicly without our written consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred for services already rendered.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
